It took me three years to to understand how her powers actually makes sense. She is literally embodying the butterfly effect. Her flaps cause hurricane’s, tsunamis, storms and whatever else you heard the quote finish. A unparalleled catastrophe stemming from the most innocent intentions. An disastrous outcome that no one could have possibly imagined but should have foreseen, since there have been hints of a butterfly flapping it’s wings the moment they put a young girl on a countrywide pedestal. Love the concept that marinette is the akuma. This is just my take, but it seems like even if they wanted to get 'the akuma' they'd initially have to put her together again as seen when luca's parents get akumatized in the show. they had to piece the record back together to deakumatize them. Essentially nooroo created an unbeatable villain, and it's both fascinating and heartbreaking.
